Continuing His Vision, Carrying His Legacy
When I look at the journey of B.P. Jain Skill Development Centre, I see much more than an institution. I see a vision that began with my father, Late Shri Bimal Prasad Jain — a vision rooted in the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to learn, grow and become self-reliant.
As his daughter, it is both an honour and a responsibility to carry this vision forward. What he started as a humble community initiative has grown into a space where people of different ages and backgrounds come together to learn, create and discover their potential.
Over the years, I have witnessed how a skill can change a person’s confidence, open new possibilities and sometimes even shape a livelihood. This is what continues to inspire us every day.
Our endeavour is to keep his values alive by making learning accessible, practical and meaningful. We want every learner who walks through our doors to feel encouraged to explore something new, develop a skill and believe in what they are capable of.
The legacy he created belongs not only to our family, but to the community he chose to serve. And we are committed to carrying it forward, one learner and one skill at a time.
